Role Overview:

The organization is looking to onboard someone as a Manager - Corporate Reporting & MIS in the Corporate Reporting & MIS team at its Mumbai office. The candidate will work closely with the Finance Controller and CFO in driving financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, audit coordination, and management reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and consolidation of Monthly MIS and financial reports for leadership review

- Preparation of balance sheet schedules and supporting statements for monthly and quarterly closures

- Analyze cost lines, identify variances, provide business insights, and recommend corrective actions

- Support quarterly and annual statutory audits by coordinating with auditors and resolving queries

- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and short-range planning exercises

- Conduct trend analysis, productivity analysis, ROI evaluations, and benchmarking studies

- Partner with business stakeholders on advertising and sales promotion budget tracking and control

- Provide timely financial analysis and strategic inputs to the CFO and senior leadership team

- Support finance transformation and automation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams

- Ensure strong financial controls, process adherence, and reporting accuracy

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience across FMCG / Consumer / Manufacturing industries

- Prior experience with a reputed audit firm is preferred

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, IND AS, and financial reporting

- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or allied sectors preferred

- Strong analytical, MIS, and financial modeling capabilities

- Ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Exposure to ERP systems and automation initiatives will be an added advantage

- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools is essential
