Looking for a strong FP&A / Business Finance professional to drive corporate planning, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and business performance across a fast-growing global fashion retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L & Cash Flow budgeting for the upcoming fiscal year
- P&L forecasting, reforecasting & mid-term planning
- P&L, Cash Flow & business performance analysis
- Identifying business issues, deep-diving into numbers & finding root causes
- Working closely with stakeholders to drive corrective actions & solutions
- Merchandise budget & inventory monitoring
- Business planning, financial reporting & decision support
Must Have:
- 5 - 8 years' experience in FP&A / Business Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L & Cash Flow analysis
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong business partnering & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Retail / Fashion / Consumer business preferred
- CA qualification preferred
- SAP / ERP experience will be an added advantage
