
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions using classroom sessions, e-learning, role-plays, and presentations.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and learning outcomes.
- Curate and maintain content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with business heads to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
- Ensure smooth execution of pan-India training programs and initiatives.
- Continuously improve training methodologies to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in corporate L&D within Non-IT, Non-BPO sectors.
- Proven expertise in training design, delivery, and assessment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
