Description:
Position: Corporate HR Manager
Location: Bangalore, India
Reporting To: CEO / CXO
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business roles
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Drive sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, agencies, and social platforms
- Oversee interviews, offer management, negotiations, and onboarding - Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics
2. Corporate HR Operations:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and exits
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance handling
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal frameworks
3. HR Strategy:
- Partner with CEO/CXO on workforce planning and organizational design
- Support leadership with HR insights, reports, and dashboards
- Use HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
4. Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning
5. Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinate payroll inputs, audits, and HR documentation
- Maintain HRMIS data and employee records
