Qualification - Full time MBA_HR from reputed Institute (Tier1/Tier 2).
Work location - Gurugram, 5 days working
Work experience - Around 4-6 years of HRBP experience at Corporate level (preferably from Manufacturing sector).

- Responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition and talent management activities, and serving as a strategic partner to business leaders.
Job role:
- Partner with business leaders
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle
- Manage performance appraisal systems
- Develop and implement employee development programs:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures:
- Track and analyze HR metrics and KPIs:
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA_HR with 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and talent management. Prior HRBP experience and leadership experience required.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, talent acquisition strategies, and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
We would prefer candidates based out of Delhi/NCR or is willing to relocate.
Current CTC of the candidate should be in the range of 15-18 LPA . Hike would be as per the Industry norm.
