Role Brief:
1. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective HR support and strategic alignment for corporate departments.
2. Corporate HR is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business
3. plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
4. The role includes leading and overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and promoting
5. corporate values throughout the organization.
Impact I Will Create:
1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
2. alongside the CHRO. Serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team on HR-related issues. Provide
3. insights on key HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
4. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
5. Develop and implement talent management strategies, including career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
6. Talent Acquisition: Driving the talent acquisition process for respective departments & functional heads to provide strategic inputs on the hiring process. Partner with the department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with the TA POC.
7. Performance Management: Drive the performance management process for all departments. Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
8. HR Operations: Manage the separation process, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit formalities.
9. Address any payroll-related queries or issues raised by employees.
10. Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
My Profile looks Like:
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a corporate setting, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and policies. Proficiency in HRMS .
