About the Role:

- The HRBP Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR operational functions, including Compensation & benefits, HR compliance, employee lifecycle management and payroll.

- The role ensures smooth execution of HR policies, drives compensation and benefits strategies, and enhances employee experience while maintaining compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, HR technology systems, and employee data management.

- Ensure compliance with statutory compliance , tax regulations, and company policies related to HR processes.

- Monitor and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.

- Handle employee grievances related to HR operations and resolve them efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and execute compensation structures in alignment with business goals and market trends.

- Manage the annual salary review, bonus programs, and incentive plans to attract and retain top talent.

- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

- Conduct benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll management while maintaining compliance with tax and statutory compliance.

What you will need:

- Education: MBA / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, or IT.

- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, statutory compliance, tax regulations, and HR technology systems.

- Expertise in payroll management, incentive programs, and employee benefits administration.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS platform (Darwinbox) and HR analytics.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

HR Systems & Process Improvement:

- Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization to improve workforce analytics and reporting.

- Continuously evaluate and improve HR technology solutions for better efficiency and automation.

People Analytics & Reporting:

- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards for workforce planning and decision-making.

- Provide insights on employee retention, attrition, and workforce productivity.

- Support business leaders with data-driven HR strategies for organizational growth
