Unstop is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside sales Manager to join our Corporate Hiring Solutions team. Your mission will be to build strong, consultative relationships with corporate clients, understand their hiring challenges, and position Unstop's platform as the essential solution for sourcing top-tier talent quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:


- Client Relationship Building & Sales: Act as the first point of contact for prospective and existing corporate clients. Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email to introduce Unstop's hiring solutions.

- Consultative Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the client's specific hiring needs, target demographics, pain points, and recruitment timelines.

- Solution Design & Presentation: Expertly recommend and present the right suite of Unstop hiring products (job postings, assessment challenges, branded campaigns, etc.) to meet client needs and help them hire faster and more efficiently.

- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Own the sales cycle from initial contact to close. Negotiate contract terms

and finalize agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

- Market Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams by providing direct client feedback and market insights to help optimize our offerings.

What Will Make You a Successful Sales Executive:

- Proven Sales Acumen: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech, HR Tech, or Recruitment/Staffing industry.

- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding English Proficiency (Spoken) and the ability to articulate complex product value propositions clearly and concisely.

- Negotiation & Closing Skills: A strong track record of successful negotiation and consistently achieving sales quotas.

- Problem-Solving Focus: Ability to quickly understand client pain points and map them to the appropriate Unstop solution.

- Target-Driven Mentality: High energy, self-starter attitude with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
