Job Description:

Industry & Competitive Research:

- Conduct ongoing analysis of hospitality industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments

- Benchmark financial and operational metrics against peers and industry standards

- Provide insights to guide investment decisions and strategic initiatives

Financial Modelling & Valuation:

- Build detailed financial models for business planning and project feasibility

- Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, market comparatives, and transaction multiples

- Regularly update models to reflect business and market changes

Project Evaluation & Tracking:

- Build detailed financial models for New projects & project feasibility

- Conduct Projects returns & Sensitivity Analysis using DCF, market comparatives, and transaction multiples

- Regularly update models to reflect business and market changes

Board & Stakeholder Reporting:

- Prepare management reports, investor presentations, and board decks

- Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational updates to key stakeholders

Budget, Forecasts & Projections:

- Support Yearly Budget & Qtr Forecast exercise

- Tracking various initiatives for Budget & forecasts

Quarterly & Yearly - Annual Accounts Finalisation:

- Support Qtr & Annual Accounts Finalisation

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) from Top 10 Management Schools

- Experience: 7 to 8 years in Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounts, Consulting

- Strong command over financial modelling

- Strong analytical skills

- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
