Manager - Corporate Finance - CA/IIM/FMS/XLRI

1. Industry & Competitive Research:

- Conduct ongoing analysis of hospitality industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.

- Benchmark financial and operational metrics against peers and industry standards.

- Provide insights to guide investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

2. Financial Modelling & Valuation:

- Build detailed financial models for business planning and project feasibility.

- Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, market comparatives, and transaction multiples.

- Regularly update models to reflect business and market changes.

3. Board & Stakeholder Reporting:

- Prepare management reports, investor presentations, and board decks.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational updates to key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) from IIM ABCLIK / XLRI Jamshedpur / FMS Delhi.

- Experience: 7 - 8 years in Management Consulting or Corporate Finance.

- Strong command over financial modelling.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
