Manager - Corporate Finance - CA

Description:

- Set up correct system and processes for Accounting in line with accounting standard and periodic closure of books.

- Handle statutory audits with company auditors, Tax audits (Direct and Indirect), Internal Audits, Group Audits and act as primary liaison between auditors and internal teams.

- Drive preparation of monthly MIS, variance analysis, and key business insights for management.

- Own and streamline financial processes across payables, receivables, and financial reporting systems.

- Set up Internal Financial Controls and SOPs for the company and ensuring the compliance for same.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP) and internal financial controls.

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and responding to tax authorities.

Requirements:

- CA (with 1st attempt only) with 4-6 yrs of experience in accounts, audit and finance preferably from Big4s.

- Experience of working in E-commerce / FMCG / Retail company will be added advantage

- Ability to provide business inputs and domain knowledge for finance/accounting / taxation to Business team and partner Functions

- Ability to work under pressure with limited resource and tight timelines

- Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
