Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

BIG4 Corporate Finance & Investment Banking practice is seeking an experienced professional to join its Infrastructure or Industrials coverage team. This role is positioned at a relatively senior level and offers the opportunity to work closely with leading corporates, developers, financial sponsors, and marquee domestic and global investors. The incumbent will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end transaction execution. The role also provides exposure to complex and high-impact transactions by leveraging strong domestic presence and global network.

Key Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institute and/or Chartered Accountant (CA)

Work Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory

- Demonstrated experience in executing and closing transactions

Sector Experience:

- Prior experience in Industrials and/or Infrastructure sectors, including areas such as power, renewables, roads, ports, logistics, manufacturing, capital goods, or related sub-sectors

Work Profile:

Client and Stakeholder Management:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including promoters, senior management, and key stakeholders

- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and providing strategic and financial insights

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as legal advisors, lenders, investors, and global teams

Business Development and Sector Coverage:

- Drive sector coverage efforts by identifying opportunities, tracking industry trends, and developing sector perspectives

- Lead and support preparation of pitch decks, proposals, information memoranda, and other marketing materials

- Support origination initiatives through idea generation, client interactions, meetings, and investor roadshows

Deal Execution and Transaction Management:

- Lead end-to-end execution of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, strategic partnerships, and other corporate finance mandates

- Oversee development of transaction collaterals such as teasers, information memoranda, financial models, valuation analyses, and management presentations

- Manage due diligence processes, coordinate multiple workstreams, and support negotiations through successful deal closure

- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and internal risk management and compliance requirements
