Manager - Corporate Finance Advisory.

We're looking for an experienced Manager - Corporate Finance Advisory to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Experience:

Qualified CA with 6+ years of experience.

What You'll Do:

- Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis engagements.

- Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

- Drive corporate finance initiatives including business valuation, project finance, M&A, due diligence, and transaction advisory.

- Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights.

- Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic financial solutions.

- Mentor and guide team members while managing multiple client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA with 6+ years of experience into FP&A, Corporate Finance Advisory.

- Experience with Power BI or other FP&A tools is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with US GAAP is preferred.

- Candidates working in BIG 4s are preferred.
