Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, a strong academic background (MBA or CA), and a proven track record in debt and equity transactions, fundraising, and robust financial modeling. This role is critical in driving our financial strategy, optimizing capital structure, and supporting key financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt and Equity Transactions:
- Actively participate in and lead various debt and equity financing initiatives, including structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
- Prepare comprehensive materials for potential investors and lenders, including information memorandums, presentations, and financial projections.
- Manage the due diligence process from the finance perspective for capital-raising activities.
Fundraising:
- Identify and evaluate potential funding sources, both debt and equity, to support the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and other potential investors.
- Lead negotiations on terms and conditions for fundraising agreements.
Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models (e.g., valuation models, cash flow forecasts, integrated financial statements) to support strategic decision-making, fundraising efforts, and investment appraisals.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning to assess potential financial outcomes and risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management on capital allocation, investment opportunities, and financial strategy.
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Demonstrate strong understanding and hands-on experience with financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and financial reporting principles.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Debt Concepts & Market Research:
- Possess a strong understanding of various debt concepts, instruments, and markets (e.g., working capital loans, term loans, bonds, structured finance).
- Conduct thorough market research on financing trends, interest rates, and investor sentiment to inform financial strategies.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and market developments impacting corporate finance activities.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with financial institutions, legal advisors, auditors, and other external partners involved in corporate finance activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., legal, business development, accounting).
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA (Finance specialization preferred) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience specifically in Corporate Finance, with a proven track record in:
- Debt and equity transactions.
- Fundraising activities.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial reporting standards.
- Solid grasp of corporate finance concepts, valuation methodologies, and investment appraisal techniques.
