Manager - Corporate Development - Real Estate - CA

- Partner with the Finance Head to structure and scale the business across new projects, entities, and investment frameworks

- Support capital market initiatives (debt listing / IPO), including structuring, documentation, advisor coordination, and compliance readiness

- Provide analytical and technical support to fundraising and investor relations, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and valuation

- Prepare investor presentations, data packs, and KPI narratives

- Manage ongoing investor reporting and performance dashboards

- CA qualified with 3-8 years experience

- Experience working in Corporate Development/Corporate Finance/M&A

- Hand on with Due Diligence, financial modelling, investor relations, etc.
