Manager Strategy Consulting (Corporate Deals Technology)

We are looking for an experienced Manager Strategy Consulting (Corporate Deals Technology) to drive technology strategy and M&A transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end IT M&A projects including technology due diligence, integration, separation, and carve-outs.

- Define technology roadmaps, IT operating models, and future-state architectures to enable business value.

- Develop IT financial models (synergies, one-time, standalone, and stranded costs).

- Collaborate with C-suite leaders and manage globally distributed project teams.

- Guide teams to deliver high-impact solutions within timelines and budgets.

- Support business development, proposal creation, and client relationship management.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years in Consulting / IT Strategy / M&A Technology / Digital Transformation.

- Strong exposure to IT Due Diligence, Integration & Separation Planning, Cloud & Infra Strategy, ERP Transformation, and Cyber security.

- Proficiency in IT cost modeling, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

- MBA (from a premier B-School) preferred.
