Summary

The Manager - Corporate Banking supports the branch and carries responsibility for banking operations. Customer service remains a key focus area.

Accountability

- Business acquisition for Pune branch

- Maintaining existing customer portfolio

- Preparing balance sheet analysis

- Preparing credit proposals with credit team

- Pre & post sanction documentation

- Monitoring & reviewing existing credit customers

- Business development

- Building & maintaining strong banking relationships

- Managing client portfolio across working capital, project finance, trade finance, and investment banking

- Financial analysis, forecasting & modelling, and understanding industry dynamics and regulatory environment

- Preparation of credit notes and performance evaluation

- Ensuring alignment of credit exposure with overall risk strategy and maintaining asset quality

- Acting as point of contact for corporate banking clients

- Handling walk-in customers and resolving queries

- Documentation for accounts, loans, and FD

- Coordination for incomplete documentation

- Corporate tie-ups for salary accounts and relationships

- Providing financial solutions to corporate clients

- Supporting operations team

- Updating management about client interactions and profiles

- Maintaining client data

Requirements

- Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in banking

- MBA in Banking & Finance / Marketing preferred

- Experience with mid to large corporate clients

- Exposure to LCBD, ECB, Trade Finance (PCFC etc.), Working Capital & Term Loans

- Ability to work independently and generate business

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Energetic, solution-oriented personality

- Good understanding of banking operations

- Practical experience in corporate banking, remittances, and trade

- Candidate should be based in Pune or willing to relocate
