Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:15 PM

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Treasury, Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Forex, and Debt Compliance functions.

The role involves close coordination with banks, regulators, and internal stakeholders, along with driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Treasury Operations:

- Prepare and monitor Corporate Cash Flow Statements (CFS) and financial projections.

- Monitor and optimize working capital.

- Lead cost reduction initiatives at the corporate level, including finance costs and bank charges.

Trade Finance (ExportImport | FEMA / RBI Compliance):

- Manage IDPMS and EDPMS tracking and closures.

- Track export realisations and ensure timely compliance.

- BOE closures with ORMs.

- Marine insurance declarations.

- Ensure FEMA and RBI compliance.

- PCFC draw-down, monitoring, exchange rate tracking, and TOL uploading.

- LC issuance and tracking.

- Track export incentives (RODTEP / RoSCTL licenses).

- Manage DGFT licenses.

- Handle notices and queries from Customs Department.

Banking Relationships & Operations:

- Handle day-to-day banking operations.

- Liaise with bank relationship managers and operations teams.

- Coordinate and manage annual bank stock audits.

- Prepare and submit stock statements to banks.

Forex Dealing & Hedging:

- Execute forex dealing activities with banks.

- Manage hedging strategies.

- Book and reconcile forward contracts.

- Submit quarterly UHFC declarations to banks.

- Ensure annual LEI renewal.

Debt & Loan Compliances:

- Manage term loans, working capital loans, and other debt facilities.

- Handle SBLC issuance.

- Perform debt-to-equity mix analysis.

- Manage annual credit limit renewals.

- Support loan restructuring initiatives.

- Create and satisfy charges for loan disbursement and closure.

- Prepare and submit CMA data annually.

- Ensure compliance with lenders and credit rating agencies.

Other Responsibilities:

- Manage compliance and return filing for WOS Overseas UIN.

Process Improvement:

- Identify gaps in existing treasury and finance processes.

- Develop and implement standard templates and SOPs.

- Improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.

Ad-hoc & Strategic Support:

- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for business needs.

- Support projects related to system controls, process improvements, and performance tracking.

- Role may evolve over time with broader exposure across corporate finance functions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of in-house experience each in:

- Trade Finance (ExportImport)

- Corporate Finance

- Treasury Operations

- Banking Relationship Management

- Strong working knowledge of FEMA, RBI, DGFT, IDPMS & EDPMS.

- Hands-on experience with PCFC, LC, forex hedging, forward contracts.

- Proven experience in bank coordination, audits, and lender compliance.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) qualification.

- Experience in export-oriented or manufacturing organizations.

- Exposure to loan restructuring and SBLC structures.

- Experience working with multiple banks and overseas subsidiaries.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and process-improvement skills.

- Prior experience in setting up SOPs and financial controls.
