Manager - Corporate & International Tax

Location: Mumbai

What You'll Do:

- Lead direct tax advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality insights and client communication

- Manage representations before tax authorities, CIT(A), ITAT, and High Court with legal teams

- Oversee tax litigation strategy, compliance cycles, and assessments for key clients

- Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals across multiple projects

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and provide proactive client alerts and planning inputs

Must-Haves:

- Qualified CA with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax (Big 4 or mid-size CA consulting firms preferred)

- In-depth understanding of tax laws, litigation, and cross-border tax planning

- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and analytical capabilities
