Manager - Corporate & Gifting Sales
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales growth by identifying and closing opportunities in corporate gifting, bulk orders, wholesale, and institutional sales.
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, event planners, and retail partners to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Develop and maintain a HoReCa prospect database, including Hotels, Restaurants, Spas, Clinics, Offices, and wellness spaces.
- Pitch and promote premium, customized gifting and lifestyle solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Design and execute a pan-India sales strategy to strengthen brand presence, expand distribution channels, and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with founders and internal teams to support market expansion and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in premium FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, personal care, or home fragrance categories.
- Proven track record of opening new retail or B2B channels and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong existing network with boutique retailers, modern trade buyers, corporate gifting agencies, and HoReCa stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a hands-on, founder-led environment.
