Manager - Corporate Accounts - Consolidation - CA

About the role:

Looking for a CA with 4+ years of experience in Consolidation for a client based in Mumbai. (CA Mandatory and Only Male Candidates)

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualified CA (Mandatory)

- Ind AS Group Consolidation experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for allocated part in preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with laws like Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and Accounting Standards.

- Preparation of quarterly/annual Consolidated financial results/statements.

- Financial Close Management: Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes for all group entities.

- Intercompany Eliminations: Managing intercompany transactions, investments, and balances to prevent double-counting.

- Compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, SEBI LODR regarding financial reporting and regulatory filings.

- Inter-co reconciliations.

- Compilation of group budgets.

- Interaction with group companies for data requirements and supporting them in accounting of critical transactions.

- Interaction with auditors.

- Review and eliminate inter-company balances, transactions, unrealized profits, and investments during consolidation.

- Ensure timely closure of books for all group entities.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare Consolidated Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes to Accounts.

- Ensure compliance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and MCA disclosure requirements.

- Support preparation of Annual Report and quarterly financial results.
