Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely monthly closure of books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and the Group's policies.
- Manage Fixed Assets Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements in line with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors (Big 4) to facilitate seamless statutory audits and compliance.
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct and oversee Quarterly Internal Audits to ensure process adherence and control effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage vendor-related financial transactions, including reconciliation and timely payments.
- Accurately compute and record monthly provisions, accruals, and other financial adjustments.
- Prepare complex business MIS reports, budget variance analysis, and financial reporting as per the management's requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong expertise in core accounting functions, financial reporting, audits, budgetary control, and finalization of accounts.
- Proven ability to handle complex business MIS, variance analysis, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
