We have an urgent opportunity for Position Corporate Account Manager with our client @ Pune Below are the Job Details: Qualification: Corporate Account Manager Experience : 10+Yrs Qualification : CA or MBA Finance PRE-Requisite : MUST have Sound knowledge Of FI in SAP ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE WORKED IN SAP FI SHOULD APPLY Base Location : Pune Job Description - Entire ownership of books of accounts. Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded, filed, and reported. - Assist US team with all aspects of accounting which includes, but is not limited to, the financial statements, general ledger, payroll accounting, accounts payable, fixed assets, cash accounting, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, regulatory reporting and various special analyses or projects. - Prepare and submit flux analysis for balance-sheet and P&amp;L items periodically. Prepare and submit periodically GAAP reconciliations. - Collaborate with counterparts to set direction, develop and own initiatives to standardize and reporting &amp; financial processes with the aim to improve productivity &amp; quality, eliminate duplication and encourage best practice sharing. - Overall accountability for consistency of reports and influence the use of standardized reports &amp; processes. - Lead a team responsible for accounting and reporting financial numbers; work with accounting to ensure proper allocation of expenses, prepare and review adjustment journals, report accruals, actuals against forecast variance analysis and provide commentary, keeping a pulse on where the business is tracking and identifying trends as well as emerging risks and opportunities and flag as necessary. - Support the team to develop effective business relationships throughout the greater finance organization in order to successfully collaborate and provide key deliverables. - Along with managers, proactively manage the fiscal calendar and scheduled activities e.g. monthly close process to ensure accurate results and timely close - Drive and assist the team in delivering efficient, timely and insightful reporting to assist business with decision making. - Working with auditors to complete the audits (External, Internal, others) on timely manner. - Ad hoc projects as they arise. Technical Skills &amp; Requirements - Should be a qualified CA or an MBA Finance - Minimum 10 years of related experience (Corporate Accounting experience preferred) and 4 years in a supervisory role. Construction or manufacturing Business experience highly desirable. Exposure to setting up financial systems and processes from scratch will be an added advantage - Strong command of financial statements, including P&amp;L, Balance Sheet &amp; Cash Flow. - Sound knowledge of USGAAP &amp; IGAAP. Extensive experience with accounting, reporting, and analysis. - Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure / experience of working with international (US) counterparts will be added advantage. - Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities. - Strong analytical and technical skills (including general accounting concepts and systems expertise). - Strong drive for data integrity, process definition, and organizational alignment. - Adept in SAP, MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. - Willing to work in a start-up environment and ability to setup things from scratch.
