Manager - Core Communication - Life Insurance

Manager Chakshu (Managing core communication)- Life Insurance Company - Mumbai - Goregoan

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to manage and enhance our customer communication engine (Chakshu). The role will focus on driving seamless, compliant, and personalized communication across the customer lifecycle within the Life Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the Chakshu communication platform for customer outreach

- Design and execute customer lifecycle communication journeys (onboarding, renewals, lapsation, claims, etc.)

- Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams for campaign execution

- Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines (IRDAI norms)

- Drive automation and personalization across communication channels (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)

- Monitor campaign performance and generate MIS, reports, and insights

- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and experience

- Handle troubleshooting and ensure smooth functioning of communication workflows

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Life Insurance industry

- Hands-on experience in communication management / campaign management tools

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management

- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms

- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in insurance communications

- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in marketing automation tools / communication engines

- Exposure to data analysis, campaign tracking, and reporting

- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
