Job Description: - Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. - Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end book close and reporting. - Work with auditors, company secretary and other advisors and to ensure a clean and timely quarter &amp; year-end audit and all the compliance requirements are fulfilled within the deadlines. - Review the business applications from an accounting perspective to ensure that financial systems and business application are in sync. - Improve process by developing or implementing best practices in the system with the help of technical team. - Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company. - Preparation of financials of the Company &amp; its subsidiaries basis Ind-AS and as per companies Act. - Ensure Interco Elimination, FCTR and Fx exchange gain loss on overseas transactions - Ensure compliance with internal accounting and reporting processes and its revisit (ICOFR) - Ensure other compliance i.e. CARO, SEBI LODR, MCA and other Statutory Compliance Required Skill Set: - Chartered accountant with more then 3 years of experience. - Articleship from Big4 is preferred - Sound knowledge of IND AS and IFRS - Must be able to multi-task, problem solving skills, work under pressure. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required. - Ability to deal with Cross functional team
