Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Management:
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely GL Closure processes.
- Collaborate closely with business controllers to ensure proper and efficient financial closing procedures.
- Responsible for the Preparation of Financials in accordance with IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
- Manage the Monthly and Quarterly closing of Books of accounts.
- Coordinate and facilitate Statutory Audit and Internal Audit processes, working towards their timely closure.
- Manage and optimize Expense and GL Management functions.
- Perform Consolidation of Accounts strictly adhering to IND AS principles.
- Actively work towards the financial automation of reports to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage relationships and coordinate effectively with Internal Stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Post-qualification experience of 3-5 years in financial accounting, management, and audit.
- Strong expertise in IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) for financial reporting and consolidation.
- Proven experience in managing GL closure processes and monthly/quarterly book closings.
- Demonstrable experience in coordinating and successfully closing statutory and internal audits.
- Solid understanding of expense and general ledger management.
- Experience with financial automation initiatives and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maximum 1-month notice period.
