Hiring: Manager - Consolidation & Associate Manager - Consolidation

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) Manager - Consolidation: 6+ years

Associate Manager - Consolidation: 4+ years of relevant experience

Budget: Manager: Up to - 30 LPA (including variable)

Associate Manager: Up to - 20 LPA (including variable)

Must-Have Skills:

Strong exposure to IND AS

Working knowledge of SEBI LODR and Companies Act

Hands-on experience with SAP and BPC

Experience in Consolidation of Financial Statements

Job Purpose:

To support the preparation, monitoring, follow-up, and documentation related to Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS), enabling the Corporate CIG team to complete statutory audits and submit CFS as per SEBI LODR / Companies Act timelines. The role also involves preparation and audit coordination for Intermediary Holding Companies' CFS and submission to respective CFOs/FCs for approval.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Close & Consolidation Activities:

- Ensure timely closure of accounts as per internal timelines

- Collect and review shareholding patterns from all group entities

- Verify Related Party Transactions (RPTs), follow up on missing data, identify gaps, and ensure corrections

- Pass elimination entries for inter-company transactions

- Refresh standalone numbers in BPC and verify with standalone financials

- Identify and resolve elimination gaps

- Pass JV / Associate profit or loss share entries in BPC

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Ensure timely resolution of queries from subsidiaries

- Coordinate closely with statutory and consolidation auditors

- Resolve or escalate consolidation audit issues as required

- Coordinate preparation of financial analysis and variance reports for management review

3. Process Improvement:

- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for:

Automation

Tool enhancements

Improved accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence

4. Statutory & Compliance Support:

- Support statutory and internal audits by:

- Coordinating with MAG and audit teams

- Providing required data and resolving audit queries
