The role will be part of the Operational Excellence function, a key enabler for organizational health, optimization, and process efficiency, reducing cost and sustainably increasing operating profit. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Leader, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for the design & establishment of Internal Governance system & program to monitor organizational health and ensure compliance with Internal and/or External policies, procedures, and standards. The Compliance Manager will play a strategic role in developing, implementing, and supporting internal compliance framework, designing risk and control systems and annual audit plan, with focus on efficiency and effectiveness of business operations and processes. Requirements: - Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience - Compliance Officer/Manager and Quality Assurance, etc. - Relevant Certification(s) and experience with Industry Standards (ISO/COPC/TSIA, etc.) - Experience with conducting or supporting Internal or Client Audits - Experience with implementation of Governance Program, Audit methodology and annual audit plan - Strong knowledge of industry processes, standards, & regulations - Risk Assessment & Control, Change Management experience. - Analytical mindset with excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills - Proficient with various productivity applications (Visio, Project, Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint) - Ability to travel 25-50% internationally
