Hiring for an Indian MNC and this role is to handle Comp & PMS for one of their Business Unit.
A Compensation and Benefits Manager is essential in managing employee rewards and benefits programs.
Job Description :
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
- This is to manage annual compensation review cycle, incentive planning, and salary benchmarking
- Manpower planning and HR budgeting process
- Drive the performance management cycle end-to-end, ensuring timely goal setting, robust performance reviews
- Streamline compensation policies, programs, and procedures with the company's HR vision and overarching objectives.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed decisions on salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
- Design LTI (Long term incentive plan / ACR Annual Compensation Review.
Desired Candidate should be from:
- Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges only (preferably 2021 - 2023 batch)
- Experience in both Rewards and PMS is mandatory
