
Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning and Implementing end to end Compensation Reviews process
- Annual salary benchmarking, merit reviews and bonus cycles. Have connect with Salary Benchmarking companies like Mercer, Hewitt etc.
- Have exposure of doing Company's Manpower Cost Budgeting end to end & creating the forecast for regular tracking
- Partnering with HRBP's to understand business specific scenarios and support in solutioning
- Understanding of pay structures and pay ranges, impact of the same on budget
- Conducting compensation benchmarking, participate in C&B surveys and Creating compelling presentations with market insights
- Design compensation structures for various countries as per the law of land requirements and the way in which it yields highest value to employee as well as organization
- Forecast wage movement and track budgets vs actual across various functions.
- Variable Pay plans & ESOPs management
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals and practices
- High level of analytical skills with experience of working on data analytics, consolidation and administration
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to perform data analysis
- Should have solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work both in the detail and at a conceptual level
- Able to anticipate the consequences of decisions on other HR processes and the business
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage relationships with international stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environment and support transition / upscale of compensation programs
