
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and pay frameworks.
- Lead annual salary review, bonus planning, and increment cycles.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage and enhance employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement, etc.).
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on offer structuring and salary negotiations.
- Drive pay equity, internal parity, and retention strategies.
- Support HR transformation initiatives related to rewards and performance management.
Key Requirements:
- MBA from a premium institute (HR/Finance preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
- Strong understanding of compensation design, job evaluation, and benchmarking.
- Experience handling salary surveys and reward analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel and HR analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
