Role Overview:
As the Manager - Compensation & Benefits, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and administering our compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the company's overall business strategy. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and our ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, providing recommendations for program enhancements.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus process, partnering with HRBPs and managers to ensure fair and consistent application of guidelines.
- Design and administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, including but not limited to payroll, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with HRIS team to maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
- Communicate compensation and benefits programs effectively to employees through various channels, including presentations, written materials, and online resources.
- Manage vendor relationships with benefit providers, ensuring high-quality service and competitive pricing.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
