Key Responsibilities:
- Drive accurate and compliant payroll delivery across India and the US, acting as the first point of resolution for complex employee queries
- Manage payroll and benefits operations, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Enable informed compensation decisions through analysis of internal equity, market competitiveness, and pay positioning
- Convert payroll and compensation data into actionable insights and dashboards for HR and business leaders
- Own operational excellence across C&B and core HR processes, proactively identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from reputed college with around 5 years of experience in C&B, payroll & HR function
- Strong understanding of India and US payroll and benefits processes
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and quick to grasp compensation fundamentals
- Ability to understand how pay structures align with market positioning and hybrid work models
