Role Overview:

As the Manager - Compensation & Benefits, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure our compensation strategies align with business objectives and are competitive within the Delhi NCR market. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall organizational performance by ensuring fair, equitable, and rewarding compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages, to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking analysis to identify trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, providing recommendations for program enhancements.

- Manage the annual performance review and compensation planning process, partnering with HRBPs to ensure consistent application of policies and guidelines.

- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making related to salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation-related actions.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Partner with the HR Analytics team to develop and maintain key compensation metrics and dashboards, providing insights into the effectiveness of compensation programs.

- Lead and participate in compensation-related projects, such as job evaluations, salary surveys, and the implementation of new compensation programs.

- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and practices.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.

- Proven expertise in conducting market research, benchmarking analysis, and salary surveys to inform compensation decisions.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate compensation and benefits information to employees at all levels.

- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues both in-person and remotely.
