Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to lead critical reward initiatives and drive strategic compensation programs across the organization. This role will require strong business partnering, analytical depth, and the ability to design scalable and competitive compensation frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the end-to-end compensation review process, including annual salary revisions, promotions, and incentive payouts.

- Lead market benchmarking initiatives by leveraging external survey data and engaging with compensation consulting firms to ensure competitive positioning.

- Own workforce cost planning, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic tracking of manpower expenses against plan.

- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand unique workforce needs and provide tailored compensation solutions.

- Design and optimize salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal equity and financial objectives.

- Generate insights through compensation analytics and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

- Develop and implement compensation programs across geographies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market practices.

- Track compensation trends and monitor budget vs. actuals across functions, highlighting risks and opportunities.

- Manage variable pay programs, incentive plans, and long-term rewards such as ESOPs, ensuring effective execution and governance.

Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 13 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within fast-paced or matrixed organizations.

- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking practices, and reward program design.

- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in data handling, modeling, and reporting.

- High proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with large datasets.

- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.

- Solution-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured outcomes.

- Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution rigor.

- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to manage evolving business requirements.
