Job Responsibilities :
- Design & Manage compensation structures, benefits, increments, promotions, and market benchmarking.
- Design and administer incentive and variable pay programs for sales and operations.
- Oversee payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
- Handle HR budgeting, cost control, audits, SOPs, and process governance.
- Drive HR automation, PMS administration, and HRMS improvements.
- Manage ESOP and long-term incentive programs.
- Support leadership with compensation analysis and clear employee communication.
