Key Responsibilities - Lead the annual compensation cycle for the Region, encompassing stakeholder training and support, internal communications, management of compensation planners, offline and payroll file coordination, audit processes, updates to total compensation statements, and reporting/analysis. - Collaborate with Regional Finance to oversee and submit the annual compensation budget. - Work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to provide market benchmarking insights, support compensation decisions, and ensure alignment with business goals. - Advise leaders and managers on compensation reviews, including recommendations for promotions, salary adjustments, and offers for both new hires and internal moves (e.g., promotions, transfers). - Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness by staying current with market trends, budget constraints, legal compliance, and compensation best practices. - Conduct regular market analyses to maintain competitiveness and fairness across roles. Administer and support incentive programs. - Analyze peer and industry data to recommend appropriate compensation adjustments. - Manage international relocations in collaboration with the Global Mobility team. -Perform job evaluations to ensure consistency and alignment within the regional grading framework. - Deliver training and communication initiatives to HR teams and business leaders to enhance understanding of total rewards and build effective leadership capabilities. Skills & Experience - Strong collaboration skills and adaptability when working across HR, finance, and business functions- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline - Proven track record of managing complex, cross-regional projects with multiple stakeholders - Experience working in multinational or matrixed environments - Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday - Strong communicator with experience delivering and explaining C&B programs - Skilled in using data for analysis and decision-making - Strong collaboration skills and adaptability when working across HR, finance, and business functions
