About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Manager to design, manage, and execute our global compensation programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective to total rewards, ensuring alignment with business goals, market competitiveness, and global consistency while enabling local flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Design:
- Develop and implement global compensation strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Benchmarking & Market Analysis:
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and competitive analyses to ensure fair and competitive pay structures.
Pay-for-Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance-linked pay programs, incentive plans, and annual compensation review cycles.
Program Governance:
- Establish global frameworks and policies ensuring equity, compliance, and transparency across regions.
Executive & Sales Compensation:
- Support leadership teams in designing executive and sales incentive structures, including long-term incentive plans (LTIPs).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage data to provide insights, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders across geographies to ensure alignment and execution.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to local laws, tax, and regulatory requirements in all countries of operation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to global or regional roles.
- Proven track record in end-to-end compensation program management.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and compensation tools.
- Expertise in market benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with global mobility, executive compensation, or consulting background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or HR certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
