Manager - Communications

We're looking for a dynamic Regional Communications Manager to lead our communications agenda across India and South Asia.

You will be the driving force behind building, promoting, and protecting our company's reputation across the region. From shaping media narratives to supporting financial communications for a listed entity - this is a high-impact, high-visibility role.

What You'll Do

- Design and execute communications strategies aligned to global priorities

- Build and nurture a strong media network across India and South Asia

- Develop financial communications toolkits to support results cycles in India

- Lead internal communications initiatives to inspire and engage employees

- Act as a company spokesperson and media relations expert

- Partner with the local government, NGO and build potential relationship with the Industry Associations

- Drive storytelling and campaigns that strengthen thought leadership and brand positioning

You're a Great Fit If You Have

- Proven experience in corporate communications, crisis communications, PR or media relations

- Strong understanding of financial/listed company communications

- A track record of building influential media relationships across the region

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations with ease
