About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Communication & Change Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of communication expertise, leadership experience, and change management proficiency to drive impactful organizational transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the communication and change management function, overseeing a team to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with business goals. - Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, brand positioning, and change adoption across the organization. - Drive organizational change initiatives by applying change management principles and frameworks; work closely with business leaders to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Marketing, and Operations to align communication and change activities with broader organizational objectives. - Design, create, and oversee the production of engaging communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, digital content, and other internal communication collateral. - Leverage content management systems and communication tools to streamline information dissemination and measure effectiveness. - Utilize data-driven insights and strong analytical skills to assess communication impact and continuously improve strategies. - Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve shared goals. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Champion a culture of agility and innovation by acting with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA preferred; Degree in Communication, Change Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is essential. - Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams. - Prior experience working in IT or technology-driven organizations is a strong advantage. - Demonstrated expertise in corporate communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement. - Proficient in using communication tools and content management systems; comfortable working with digital platforms and new media. - Formal training or certification in Change Management is highly desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and creative digital assets. - Proven track record in building influential relationships and collaborating effectively across various stakeholder groups. - Ability to multitask efficiently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver within tight deadlines.
