Job Description:
Manager - Commercial Controller for India Region, working closely with Sales, Lead to Cash, Financial Reporting and Credit Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue, Margin analysis before month end and publishing of Revenue MIS.
- Preparation and finalization of Monthly AR report.
- Customer account reconciliation.
- TRM contract and inventory management.
- Follow-up with customer, sales, and site team for dues and overdue receivable.
- LC - Scrutiny, Tracing, and Arranging Advising Copy (Domestic/Foreign).
- Finalization of revenue and unbilled revenue.
- Review of KPI for shared service of LTC.
- Support to marketing team to resolve issues at customer level.
- Sales and margin report, reconciliation with GL, review and analysis of customer margin with appropriate reasoning.
- Monthly MIS - Account receivable, Retention etc.
- AR upload on global portal as per due date.
- Collaborate with external auditors and Internal auditors to ensure audit deliverables are provided timely and timely completion of audit.
About You:
- CA with minimum 8 - 10 years post qualification experience in Account Receivable and Revenue recognition.
- Hands on experience in SAP S/4 Hana.
- Good analytical skills and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
