Job Title: Manager - Commercial Contract Management (Energy & Carbon Markets)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 years

We are looking for a commercial contract management professional to manage the execution and ongoing administration of complex renewable energy and environmental attribute contracts with global corporate buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end implementation of renewable energy and environmental attribute contracts with corporate buyers.

- Track and monitor obligations under various structures including vPPAs, EAPAs, and group captive power purchase structures.

- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare monthly project development updates for contracted projects.

- Act as a primary coordination point for client asset management teams.

- Coordinate the operational implementation of contracts, including COD declarations, REC registry registrations, and settlement processes.

- Track contractual obligations and ensure timely execution of all commitments.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project management, asset management, or commercial operations in energy markets.

- Familiarity with renewable energy project development and operations.

- Exposure to renewable energy contracts such as PPAs, corporate PPAs, or energy attribute transactions is preferred.

- Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
