Manager - Collection Strategy

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Collection Strategy team across: Front End | Digital | Recovery

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute collection strategies across early, mid, and late delinquency buckets

- Drive front-end, digital, and recovery strategies to improve roll rates and reduce NPAs

- Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness

- Optimize vendor, field, and digital collection models

- Work closely with Risk, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams

- Track KPIs such as cure rate, resolution rate, bounce rates, and cost efficiency

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal collection policies

Key Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in Collections / Collection Strategy

- Strong exposure to NBFC / Fintech / Banking portfolios

- Hands-on experience in front-end, digital collections, and recovery

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with large datasets and strategy implementation
