Role Overview:
A leading NBFC is looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure & Network Security Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure security across data centre, network, and cloud environments. The role will drive security architecture, regulatory compliance, cloud governance, disaster recovery, and enterprise network security while partnering with senior IT leadership. The incumbent will own infrastructure security strategy, vendor governance, RBI audit readiness, and continuous security maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the security architecture for enterprise data centre, network, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead cloud security, hybrid connectivity, identity governance, and DevSecOps initiatives across AWS and Azure.
- Drive enterprise network security covering firewalls, SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, WAF, VPN, SIEM, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Lead disaster recovery, business continuity planning, vulnerability management, and infrastructure risk remediation.
- Manage RBI audit readiness, regulatory compliance, vendor governance, and infrastructure security policies.
- Present security posture, roadmap, and risk metrics to senior leadership while mentoring infrastructure security teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 810 years of experience in infrastructure, network, and cloud security.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or architecture-led role with ownership of enterprise security decisions.
- Strong experience within NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services environments.
- Hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, data centre infrastructure, AWS and/or Azure cloud security, and security technologies.
- Experience managing RBI IT audits, regulatory compliance, vendor ecosystems, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Willing to work onsite from Manesar, Gurugram.
