Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and delivery of audit proposals.

- Collaborate closely with Audit Partners to understand client needs and craft tailored, high-quality proposals that effectively communicate our story.

- Work with the proposal design team to create visually engaging, client-specific proposal documents.

- Oversee end-to-end coordination and project management for proposal development.

- Draft responses to audit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support pitch presentations.

- Prepare and manage leadership-level dashboards at the location level.

- Contribute as a committed and proactive professional in a high-performing team

Who We're Looking For:

- Prior experience in audit is beneficial, but not mandatory.

- Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams.

- Demonstrated experience contributing to or managing proposals is a strong plus.

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

- Interested in gaining a holistic view of the audit sales process at a firm-wide level.

- Most importantly - someone with the right attitude, collaborative mindset, and leadership potential.
