Experience: 4-8 years (Staffing/Recruitment industry preferred).

About the Role.

The Client Successor will manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring smooth transitions, consistent delivery, and high client satisfaction.

This role is responsible for understanding client hiring needs, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

- Take over client relationships during transitions and ensure seamless handover.

- Build trust with hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.

- Conduct regular review meetings to align on performance and goals.

Requirement Intake & Delivery Coordination

- Conduct JD intake calls and understand role expectations clearly.

- Liaise with internal recruiters to ensure timely submissions and closures.

- Share real-time updates on position status, pipeline progress, and challenges.

- Maintain strong oversight on TAT, submission quality, and interview ratios.

Escalation & Issue Resolution

- Address bottlenecks or delivery issues proactively.

- Coordinate internally to resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.

- Ensure adherence to client SLAs and hiring processes.

Reporting & MIS

- Track and maintain dashboards for submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.

- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery outcomes.

Growth & Upsell Opportunities

- Identify opportunities to expand the scope (additional roles, new locations, volume hiring, RPO, etc.

- Strengthen long-term retention and partnership value.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Understanding of recruitment processes and staffing operations.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with good reporting abilities.

- Problem-solving and escalation-handling capability.

- Proactive, organised, and delivery-focused.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.

- 4-8 years of experience in staffing, recruitment operations, client servicing, or account management.
