Client Servicing Manager

Role : Client Servicing Manager

Experience: 5 - 8 Years (Mandatory experience in handling healthcare clients)

Qualification: Postgraduate or Graduate in related fields

Location: Kurla, Mumbai (Work from office)

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.

- Understand client objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful campaigns.

- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, digital, production, medical affairs) in executing integrated marketing and communication strategies.

- Develop and present proposals, strategic plans, and campaign deliverables aligned with client expectations.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.

- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review progress, share insights, and recommend optimizations.

- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates for strategic account planning.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

- Mentor junior servicing executives, providing guidance and support for their career growth.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, communication, and regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and complex campaigns simultaneously.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.

- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

- Ability to analyze market data, campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.

- Leadership and mentoring abilities for team development.
