Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for designers, editors, and content creators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Manage timelines, approvals, feedback, and revisions efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and clear communication.
- Work closely with the strategy and media teams (if applicable) to align creative work with broader campaign goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively solve issues.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.
Education/Experience
Key Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in a similar client servicing or account management role within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
