Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting client relationships and drive upselling opportunities.
Event Strategy & Execution:
- Manage P&L statements to maintain budget control and meet financial goals.
Client Service Excellence:
- Resolve client issues professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Performance Analysis:
- Compile reports to assess KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing P&L for events and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
