The Role
Our role will give you the opportunity to manage a team of Recruiters and be responsible for the recruitment delivery for our client Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in managing client relationships?
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Should have end-to-end recruitment for roles in the Asset Mangement/ Investment Banking and BFSI domains, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and processes.
- Experience in recruitment analytics to track, analyze, and report on metrics related to hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and other key performance indicators.
- Must have experience in a highly structured, process-oriented company, ideally a global MNC.
- Prior experience leading a recruitment team/ project, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage team members.
- Extensive background in non-technical recruitment, focusing on roles in finance, compliance, or similar domains.
- A consistent career trajectory with no significant gaps in employment.
- Proven ability to handle difficult stakeholders, adapt to complex requirements, and drive hiring outcomes effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior management.
